Lifetime Warranty
This Lifetime Warranty is provided by Brand Merchant Pty Ltd.
Stanley garden tools are built tough and designed to last. We warrant that your Stanley garden tool will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, under normal intended use.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What We Will Do
If your Stanley garden tool proves defective due to faulty materials or workmanship during its lifetime, we will replace the product or provide a refund equivalent to the original purchase price. Proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Modification or alteration
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. rust, scratches, or dulling)
- Use not in accordance with instructions or intended use.
